Muşchi/Muscles


Când eram la şcoală făceam mult sport – toate tipurile. Nu conta cât de bine ne pricepeam la un anumit sport, continuam să exersăm şi asta făcea foarte bine muşchilor noştri!

Este foarte important să continuăm să exersăm în cursul vieţii noastre adulte, pentru că muşchii trebuie solicitaţi pentru a rămâne în formă!

Muşchii sunt foarte importanţi pentru trupurile noastre, deoarece printre altele, aceştia susţin întreaga greutate a corpului!

Dacă vei continua să exersezi în mod regulat, vei avea un corp sănătos şi te vei menţine în formă, indiferent de trecerea anilor!

Muscles

 When we were in school we did lots of sport – all kinds of them. It didn’t matter if we were good or not, we just exercised a lot and that was very good for our muscles!

It is very important to keep exercising during the adult lives also as muscles need to be worked in order to be in a good shape!

Muscles are very important to our bodies as they sustain a lot of our body’s weight!

And if you keep exercising on a regular basis you’ll have a healthy body which will keep you in shape, no matter if years go by!
